ABOUT ME
My name is Brooke - lover of all animals, a wild adventure, and good food. At 32 years old, nothing makes me feel more grounded than connecting with nature, and nothing fills my cup more than creating things.
I spent time working on a Natural Resources Management team, where I learned how to test water quality, manage invasive species, fell my first tree, and plant new ones. That experience made me realize how much I wanted to combine my love for the world with my love for making things.
That’s how The Lightning Bug Collective was created—named after one of my favorite childhood memories of catching lightning bugs at my grandparents’ house. Through this jewelry line, I create silver pieces that reflect our connection to the Earth and celebrate the quiet, everyday beauty of the world around us.
